So, earlier this month, we bought a convection oven. We have not had an oven in a really long time. Even before we moved out to woods. The last house I lived at had a stove-top, but the oven was broken. So, it’s been almost three years, I think, since I’ve had a working oven.

HOUSE IMPROVEMENTS We have been getting to know another set of neighbors, who live a little further away. They seem pretty cool. At the beginning of the month, they gave us a camper fridge, since they didn’t need it anymore and we are one of the only people they know out here who have electricity.
